First Course


Minestrone

Mama’s own classic vegetarian, vegetable soup. Topped with pecorino romano cheese

Mama Mia House Salad

Organic mixed greens, shaved red onion, grape tomato, candied pecans & ricotta salata cheese tossed in 
house made balsamic dressing

Classic Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce hearts, croutons & parmesan

Second Course

Chicken Parmigiana

Lightly breaded & pan-fried tender boneless breast, topped with house made mozzarella cheese & pomodoro sauce

Braised Osso Bucco

One pound pork shank, slowly braised & drizzled with sweet marsala wine reduction

Cioppino

Slightly spicy seafood stew with prawns, sea scallops, blue mussels, manila clams, calamari, Oregon rock fish, 
plum tomatoes, garlic & white wine

Fettuccine Bolognese

Tossed in our classic Bolognese meat sauce and finished with Parmesan Reggiano

Eggplant Parmigiana

Thinly sliced eggplant lightly breaded & pan-fried tender, topped with house made mozzarella cheese & pomodoro sauce

Pasta Primavera

Spaghetti pasta with zucchini, carrots, sweet peas, crimini mushrooms, broccoli, grape tomatoes, and finished with sweet cream

Crisp pastry filled with ricotta cream & chocolate, drizzled with Belgium chocolate sauce

Panna Cotta

Eggless, fresh vanilla custard served with seasonal fruits & sauces
